In this exciting role, you’ll manage the advertising material approval process within the Legal Regulatory Team and oversee the preparation and review of product related communication material. You’ll provide individual assessments and pre-checks of marketing assets for global, regional, and national use.

MAIN CONTACT FOR HQ MARKETING ON REGULATORY RISK ASSESSMENTS
You’ll steer the advertising material approval process within the Legal Regulatory Team: from data collection of relevant advertising information, through being the first contact point for Brand Marketing advertising approvals.
REVIEW AND UPDATE OUR PRODUCT WEBPAGES & WEBSITE PROJECTS
You’ll constantly review and update our Red Bull product webpages, to ensure content complies with regulations and label information of the respective country as well as internal guidelines.
REVIEW OF REGULATORY PROCESS DOCUMENTS AND CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT
You’ll own the regulatory affairs process documents and assess guidelines. You’ll be responsible for continuous improvement, including keeping guidelines up to date, suggesting process and or technological improvements.
PROVIDE AND COORDINATE RISK ASSESSMENTS
You’ll prepare and review product-related communication material by checking factual correctness as well as compliance with regulations and internal guidelines. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing risk assessments with relevant regulatory affairs team members, including POS, Out of Home (OOH), Digital OOH and Indirect Sampling (Door Hangers), and other marketing assets as defined by the Regulatory and Marketing departments.
HANDLE CONSUMER INQUIRIES
You’ll handle consumer inquiries that require scientific and/or legal expertise. By doing so, you’ll coordinate input from the Legal and the QM Department.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Law or Science degree in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, technics), ideally with a special focus in food law.
- Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a law firm, international company (food or pharma industry) or similar.
- Knowledge of European and other food law.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret regulations, legal advice and other legal or scientific papers.
- A well-organised, proactive team player with the ability to prioritize and taking responsibility.
- Accuracy and trustworthiness.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
