International On Premise Trade Marketing Manager - Catering & Travel

The role of the International On Premise Trade Marketing Manager (ITMM) is to establish, develop, and lead the Trade Marketing strategy within the Catering & Travel segments globally. The ITMM will be responsible for supporting the Intl. Key Account Manager, securing new business opportunities for the Catering & Travel segments globally, whilst expanding execution and driving demand within new & existing accounts. The aim is to position Red Bull as the #1 beverage of choice by supporting to drive distribution, brand visibility and product relevance across Global Key Accounts. In addition, the ITMM will be responsible for driving Category Management within the Catering segment

GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS (TOP DOWN – BOTTOM UP APPROACH)
We are looking for a dynamic professional to build and nurture strong relationships with key marketing stakeholders of global Key Accounts across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key customers to align mutual goals, ensuring both Red Bull’s and the customer’s priorities are in sync. You will develop impactful marketing programs with our partners to drive brand awareness, distribution, and sales. Additionally, you will monitor and enhance activations across markets, identify execution gaps, and leverage brand assets to establish sustainable partnerships. Upholding brand standards and protecting Red Bull’s brand equity in all interactions will be essential.
MARKET SUPPORT
We are looking for a strategic leader to strengthen connections between key customer stakeholders and Red Bull teams at global, regional, and local levels. In this role, you will share best-in-class examples to drive success with global accounts, outperform competitors, and identify challenges and growth opportunities. Acting as a key advocate for Global Strategic Catering accounts, you will provide guidance to markets in setting business objectives, implementing marketing strategies, and developing business plans with ongoing support. Additionally, you will help adapt global tools to unlock local opportunities and challenge markets to elevate overall global performance in this segment.
DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
We are looking for a strategic marketer to develop activation strategies and toolkits that position Red Bull as the leading brand in the catering segment. In this role, you will identify key On Premise trends and opportunities to create innovative marketing solutions that align with global Key Accounts while meeting both customer and Red Bull’s needs. You will integrate On Premise strategy with marketing programs to scale activations, drive demand, secure new business, and enhance execution within existing accounts. Additionally, you will craft compelling selling-in presentations based on key consumer and industry insights and lead Category Management projects with the sales team to ensure a strong brand presence within our customers.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German is considered a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- +4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
- Familiarity with the Catering industry is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Category Management is required
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade are required
- Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Solid understanding of high-level negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts
- Demonstrate exceptional, planning, project management and presentation skills
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
- Strong analytical, communication & teamwork skills
- Experience of managing of different stakeholders

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
