- Erste Ansprechperson für Firmenkund:innen zu den Themen Zahlungsverkehr und Electronic Banking
- Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen und Angebote für die Kund:innen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von neuen Produkten im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr und E-Banking
- Laufender Austausch mit unterschiedlichen internen Stellen (z.B. den Kundenbetreuer:innen, dem technischen Support, der Abwicklung oder dem Produktmanagement)
- Unterstützung der Raiffeisenbanken bei fachlichen Anfragen (z.B. Schulungen bei Produkteinführung)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Vertragsmanagement, Dokumentation & Pflege von Kontaktinformationen
- Organisation und Administration aller Vereinbarungen, Verträge & Aufzeichnungen mit unseren Bankpartnern.
- Dokumentation von Geschäftsbedingungen und Gebührenstrukturen.
- Genaue und geordnete Aufzeichnungen sämtlicher Geschäfte.
- Erstellung von Protokollen & Reports.
- Führung & regelmäßige Aktualisierung eines Kontaktverzeichnisses unserer wichtigsten Bankansprechpartner.
- Sicherstellung, dass Beziehungen zu Bankpartnern reibungslos und effizient sind.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum A-level or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience in an international order-to-cash (O2C) environment.
- Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, BI reports, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong professional communication skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, understanding complex logistics processes, and finding effective solutions.

Die Rolle
- Du bist kürzlich mit deinem Studium fertig geworden oder wirst bis Juli 2025 deinen Bachelor- oder Master in Business Applications mit Fokus auf Logistics, Supply Chain Management oder ähnlichem abgeschlossen haben.
- Du konntest bereits wertvolle Arbeitserfahrung sammeln, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld, durch Praktika oder darüber hinaus – und was auch immer du anpackst, du tust es mit Leidenschaft.
