International On Premise Key Account Manager - Hospitality & Entertainment

The International On-Premise Key Account Manager (IKAM) is responsible for growing our distribution in the hospitality and entertainment sectors worldwide. They will focus on major, high-profile accounts that align with our Global Hospitality & Entertainment values.
The IKAM will manage top global accounts, build new partnerships, and support key markets to ensure sustainable growth, maximizing sales and distribution. They will also work to strengthen relationships and ensure our strategy is profitable and efficient, helping to develop the brand continuously.

CREATE AND INTEGRATE STRATEGIES
You'll be responsible for developing our strategy for expanding our distribution footprint within the hospitality and entertainment sectors and integrate it into our overall Global On Premise Strategy to ensure growth in distribution, competitive wins, and a leading presence in high-profile venues.
WINNING NEW & LEVERAGING CURRENT PARTNERSHIPS
In this role, you'll map out key stakeholders and organizational structures within leading global hospitality and entertainment groups. You'll build strong networks and relationships across various levels, including global, regional, and national. Additionally, you'll form new partnership agreements at global, international, and regional levels as well as leverage existing global and regional partnerships within the hospitality and entertainment segments to expand our distribution footprint. Managing and monitoring customer P&Ls ensuring consistent investment strategies across international markets will also be a part of your role. You'll also monitor and develop customer performance while identifying and addressing potential contractual gaps.
ENHANCE AND ADAPT TOOLS
You'll utilize current tools and enhance, evolve and adapt as necessary for efficient customer acquisition, management and tracking.
SUPPORT TOP MARKETS
You'll assist the TOP 25 markets in rolling out and implementing Global Strategy & pre-defined Joint Business Plans with key partners as well as challenge them to improve overall global performance.
SUPPORT & IMPLEMENT BUSINESS PLANNING
You'll support annual business planning process for successful driving our hospitality and entertainment strategy while continue to manage and push boundaries through impactful Joint Business Plans with our top key account partners in the hospitality and entertainment industry. You'll also have the responsibility to and acquire, manage, and grow additional global and regional key accounts in the hospitality and entertainment sectors through impactful Joint Business Plans.
WORKSHOPS & FOLLOW UP AND BENCHMARKING & BEST PRACTISE SHARING
You'll conduct workshops with key markets and follow up on rollout progress. You'll also create and roll out dedicated training programs for the hospitality and entertainment sectors to the TOP 25 markets as well as define and share benchmarks from all markets, highlighting gaps and opportunities for growth.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, other languages advantageous, but not required
- In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality & Entertainment industry is required
- +3 years of experience in Key Account or global F&B Management, preferably at leading image Hospitality & Entertainment groups with a proven track record working with Global F&B brands across sales, marketing and insight functions
- Analytical background and ability to analyse complex trends and data Project management and budgetary control
- Solid & in depth understanding of sales processes & high level negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts
- Can develop specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences and strong presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies and processes in a clear, concise and empowering way
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships – ability to understand the immediate implications of new route-to-market, value chain and impact on the existing business
- Successful negotiation experience and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.717,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
