International On Premise Business Insights Specialist

The On Premise environment, such as bars, nightclubs, restaurants, events and hospitality is where magic moments happen and the unexpected takes over. To further strengthen Red Bull’s leading role in this industry, we are looking for a Business Insights Specialist to join our International On Premise Sales Team based in Salzburg.
In this role you’ll manage & support data analytics and reporting projects and generate actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in our local markets. You’ll closely collaborate with key stakeholders in both HQ and markets to ensure a smooth rollout of projects and act as point of contact for support. Being a member of the On Premise Analytics team, you’ll drive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and also play a key role in enhancing our existing reporting landscape by using state-of-the-art data visualisation and BI tools.

DEVELOP AND ENHANCE DASHBOARDS AND REPORTING USE CASES
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and improving global reporting solutions to help local field teams work more efficiently in their markets. You'll also be gathering requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and integrating these needs into both existing and new reporting tools. Additionally, you'll be identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes by assessing various tools and workflows.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You'll be collaborating with global, market, and cross-departmental teams to ensure efficient project workflows as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, ensuring that our solutions align with their objectives.
DRIVE AND SUPPORT ROLLOUT OF DATA ANALYTICS PROJECTS
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading global analytics initiatives from data preparation to implementation, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the process. You'll extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions in various markets and effectively communicate recommendations. Additionally, you'll have a close collaboration with HQ On Premise and Data Science teams to identify emerging business needs and develop suitable solutions.
HQ AND MARKET SUPPORT
In this role, you'll support HQ On Premise and local markets by handling ad-hoc requests, such as data analysis, preparation, and cleansing. You'll act as the main contact for stakeholders and you'll be creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials for dashboards and reporting tools. Additionally, you'll promote a focus on data quality across markets by identifying discrepancies and assisting with data cleanup efforts.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT)
- Proven project management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem solver with can do attitude, who can transform ideas into practical and workable solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
- Learner, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data analysis tools, BI tools and other statistical software or coding languages is an advantage (such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Trifacta, R, Python, SQL…)

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
