IN A NUTSHELL
In this role, you'll develop and lead strategic communication tactics to identify and craft the best stories that engage both new and existing consumers. You'll drive brand attribution through authentic, differentiated content tied to Sports Marketing Events and initiatives, while working closely with Programming, Social, and Content teams to shape overall strategies. Your expertise will ensure effective messaging across third-party and owned media channels, making Red Bull relevant and impactful for our target audiences.
DRIVE EVENT ACTIVATION AND BRAND GROWTH
You'll lead activation plans across General Events initiatives, collaborating with the team to create differentiated and authentic content that drives funnel growth across earned, managed, and owned channels. You'll define and execute the holistic strategy for each event, identifying goals, communication tactics, and key milestones. Your leadership will fuel greater ambition, innovation, and brand attribution, amplifying the brand’s impact and success across all channels.
LEAD STRATEGIC EARNED MEDIA FOR EVENTS
In this role, you'll execute and support the creation of the General Events strategic earned media direction, building year-round plans that engage consumers around the events portfolio. You'll translate Sports Marketing events and initiatives into compelling, relevant media products, constantly identifying content and story opportunities in close collaboration with Sports Marketing and Media Network teams to maximize impact and reach.
LOCAL POWER – GLOBAL SUCCESS
You’ll cultivate relationships with key markets, elevating local teams through coaching and knowledge-sharing to drive continuous development. By identifying and supporting high-potential opportunities, you'll help make events more appealing to a global audience. As the main point of contact for both local markets and HQ, you'll work closely to enhance media impact, content strategy, and overall competency across regions.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, PR, Marketing in a media-led company.
- Strong understanding of the global media landscape and current media trends and related topics as well as a proven track record of securing brand reach and engagement via earned media amplification.
- Strong project management and presentation skills with PowerPoint knowledge, strong execution, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
