RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Creation of strong Outerwear designs
In this role you'll create outerwear designs while following the seasonal concept, briefing, set targets for men and women.This will involve understanding current trends in the fashion industry and determining how to incorporate them into our designs while also ensuring that the clothing is functional and wearable for our target audience.
Lead fittings and collaborate with the Pattern & Technical Development team
You'll lead fittings alongside our dedicated teams from development, pattern, and sourcing. Your input and collaboration are crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and style.
Conduct trend research and innovation ideas, while driving our key fabrics
As of our Senior Outerwear Designer you'll be at the forefront of trend research, idea innovation, and driving our key product group.
Maintain SAP (PLM) data, create Techpacks, and engage in strategic thinking regarding processes, workflows
Not only will you be responsible for managing SAP data and creating Techpacks, but you will also have the opportunity to utilize strategic thinking to enhance operational processes and workflows.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
- English fluent, German skills are beneficial
- Extensive experience and technical of Outewear, fabrics, function and treatments, bestseller shapes for menswear and womenswear
- Strong Trend research and market research skills
- Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
