QM Raw Material Professional

Due to the growing demands on our products and processes, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Specialist for Raw Materials. In this role, you will review and approve product-related documents and certificates, ensuring that all product information is up-to-date and complete. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners. This position offers you an exciting, global work environment with attractive development opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
You will optimize and further develop internal processes for quality assurance. Additionally, you will collaborate on quality-related topics in close coordination with external partners.
ANALYSIS, TESTS & REPORTS
You will coordinate and organize analysis orders, evaluate the results, and create corresponding reports for quality assurance.
COMMUNICATION
As a key contact person, you will handle quality-related inquiries and act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
REVIEW & MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT-RELATED DOCUMENTS & CERTIFICATES
You will be responsible for reviewing and managing documents and certificates in compliance with internal requirements and legal regulations. Organizing and maintaining these records in our database will also be part of your tasks.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
You will ensure that all relevant compliance requirements are met and work closely with the legal department and other key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Completed studies in food technology, nutritional sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented approach
- Team player with a high level of responsibility

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
