POS Procurement Project Manager

Reporting to the Procurement Project Manager, you will serve as the interface between our Headquarters VISIT Procurement organization and our country teams, handling all POS procurement-related aspects across the Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay processes.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will support local organizations, collaborate on mid-to-long-term strategic projects, and engage Headquarter Procurement Teams at the right time to ensure efficient project decision-making and execution.

PROJECT SUPPORT

In this role, you will support country teams globally in local POS purchasing projects, ensuring smooth execution across development, Source-to-Contract, and Purchase-to-Pay processes. You will coordinate with Global Category Managers, Product Managers, and other HQ Functions while also providing expert consultation for large and complex negotiations.

Additionally, you will lead strategic regional sourcing projects that span multiple countries and are of high strategic importance to the broader organization. This includes end-to-end Source-to-Contract procurement processes, such as supplier assessments, competitive tenders, and contract negotiations.

PROCESS COMPLIANCE & EFFICIENCY

Ensuring contract and process compliance will be a key part of your role. You will work closely with both local and HQ teams to enhance compliance awareness, analyze commercial impacts, and implement efficiency improvements across procurement processes.

DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS

You will be responsible for collecting and consolidating procurement data, generating reports, and managing follow-ups with local country teams to drive process improvements. Additionally, you will analyze country spend reports, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support local procurement teams while also contributing to global procurement category strategies.

TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

To raise awareness and ensure process compliance, you will host training sessions for country organizations and maintain up-to-date training materials to support continuous learning and adherence to procurement policies.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
