Internship Project Management Premix

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management team at the earliest possible date for 4 to 6 months. In this rolle you'll assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities related to a variety of technical projects.
The position can be situated in Elsbethen or Ludesch/Vorarlberg, where our premix production site is located.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management with tangible impact, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the successful execution of various projects. In addition you get the chance to participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills and stay updated with methodologies, tools and best practices. You will gain technical insights and observe production processes with networking opportunities for a potential future employment based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PROJECT COORDINATION
You'll assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and help to track tasks and maintain the task tracker. So you ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
You'll facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders. Respond to project-related inquiries and provide support as needed and help organize and participate in project team meetings and follow up on action items.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
In this role you'll maintain and update project documentation and record as well as prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. Furthermore you'll assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
You'll perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel. The support of the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative duties is also part of your role.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Fluent in English, very good German skills (minimum C1)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with structured work approach
- Affinity to technical projects and/or engineering mindset a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management training and experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
