RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Client Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, manage and calculate project-related requirements. Support in all stagesfrom pre-production over principal photography to hand-over to post.
Budget Planning
Contribute to the team effort of investment planning, execution, and tracking the performance of our investment decisions.
Rental Administration
Create, implement and adjust internal workflows to manage the full rental lifecyclefrom request to billing. Coordinate team schedules for equipment preparations and check-ins in close collaboration with the Senior Rental Manager.
Utilize our rental management software as one of our power users, contribute with own ideas and experiences to optimize internal processes.
International Cargo & Customs
Handle project-related international logistics in close collaboration with selected partners.
Organize, issue, and track customs documents (Carnet ATA) to ensure efficiency and compliance to company standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in rental management, ideally in a camera rental house or a comparable facility.
- Knowledge of Easyjob is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a pragmatic problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Analytical thinking and strong resource management
- Willingness to contribute to improving our work environment constantly.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational team of media production professionals.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
