IN A NUTSHELL
In this role, you'll focus on analyzing social channels like Instagram and TikTok, while also developing skills to analyze Earned (media coverage of Red Bull) and Owned (Redbull.com/Red Bull TV) channels. Your goal will be to provide actionable, strategy-driven, and content-focused recommendations.
Success in this role will also involve building strong working relationships across Red Bull's Music & Dance Marketing teams.
DIVE INTO DATA ANALYTICS
Be creative in conducting both proactive and reactive analyses to meet business needs. You’ll have the freedom to explore ideas and present findings to stakeholders, ranging from project insights to content analysis and market research.
CONTENT RECOMMENDATIONS
You’ll use qualitative analysis, market research, and competitor evaluations to provide strategic content recommendations. You’ll identify opportunities by studying audience preferences and industry trends and you’ll collaborate with teams to align content with market objectives.
GUIDE STRATEGY
You'll lead the analysis of platform and Music and Dance trends across Red Bull’s digital channels. Your insights will guide both global and country teams, highlighting key drivers and opportunities for impactful actions.
SET DATA BEST PRACTICES
Lead by example in gathering, interpreting, and presenting data-driven stories. You'll work closely with global colleagues, offering training on tools and providing context to elevate data usage.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus, and willingness to learn new tools is a must.
- Good working knowledge of social media and some associated analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, as well as native reporting platforms of the social networks)
- Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to extract and analyse raw data and draw conclusions.
- Ability to transform findings into a clear compelling story that drives positive action from the business.
- Intellectually curious and adaptable team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
