In this position you act as a central interface between different internal departments as well as global external parties (Copackers, suppliers, external partners) with focus on packaging topics.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
Processing, control and evaluation of failure notices and complaints, including the management of defined CAPA measures within the CIP.
AUDITS
In this role you conduct supplier audits in accordance to defined standards and specific customer requirements. The collection and processing of relevant data beforehand is essential for the success.
FOOD SAFETY
Supporting food safety within the value chain of production and distribution of our Red Bull products, complying with the relevant requirements and directly reporting any identified failures & hazards is also a part of your role.
QUALIFICATION PROCESS
You participate and support qualifications of new packaging suppliers, production lines, new or modified packaging material and the management of qualification documents.
PACKAGING PROJECTS
You collect, process and provide the necessary information for packaging projects.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Completed technical studies (e.g. food technology, chemistry, engineering) or comparable education
- +4 years experience in food industry, preferable in quality environment
- Fluent in English, German is desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational skills and an analytical mindset
- High problem-solving competencies
- Self-starter and with entrepreneurial spirit and network thinking
- IT user skills (SAP as advantage)
Travel 20-30%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.511,90 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
