Postproduction
As the main point of contact for productions involving our mobile post-production units, you will oversee live and non-live coverage of Red Bull events. Your responsibilities include planning equipment based on stakeholder requirements and providing engineering support for on-site post-production setups, such as central storage systems, editing stations, and data management solutions.
Consulting & Innovation
Work closely with other Red Bull departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to understand their needs and explore options to elevate production value. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions for remote workflows in post-production and broadcasting. Confidence in network technology and especially working with IP video setups is essential.
Project Coordination & Communication
Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, equipment, and processes to support smooth operations. Foster clear and effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align goals and expectations.
Multi-Camera Live Production
In this role, you will act as the lead engineer for live productions utilizing our fly-pack units. You'll be responsible for planning equipment based on stakeholder requirements and providing support for multi-camera live productions in scenarios where an OB truck is not feasible due to venue constraints, budget limitations, or both.
Equipment Management & Maintance
Take responsibility for scheduling and maintaining production equipment to ensure readiness and reliability. Assemble and develop customized equipment kits and setups tailored to project needs. Oversee warehousing operations, including organization, inventory management, and efficient equipment handling.
Expertise

Für die Rolle relevant:
- 3+ years of experience working on live productions or supporting postproduction systems
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with postproduction workflows and storage solutions
- Driver’s license class B or international equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy items (approx. 30 kg)

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
