Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung von operativen Compliance-Prozessen und Compliance-Kontrollen, z.B. Due Diligence Überprüfung von Businesspartnern und potenziell kritischen Vertriebsprojekten und Geschäften im Konzern
- Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung von konzernweiten Compliance Schulungen
- Rechtliche Beratung der Fachabteilungen inklusive Vertragsüberprüfungen zu Compliance-relevanten Bereichen (z.B. Korruption, Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichten, KI-Recht, Kartellrecht, Datenschutzrecht, usw.)
- Unterstützung des Head of Legal and Compliance bei der Implementierung von relevanten Compliance-Richtlinien und -Guidelines
- Konzernweiter Point of Contact des Kollegiums zu Compliance-relevanten Themen
- Unterstützung des Head of Legal and Compliance bei der Vorbereitung der Berichterstattung an den Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat
- Mitbetreuung des zentralen Hinweisgebersystems und Bearbeitung eingehender Hinweise Unterstützung bei der Durchführung interner Compliance Untersuchungen
- Rechtliche Mitarbeit bei interdisziplinären Projekten

Your Responsibilities:
Core Development: Design and program embedded software using C/C++ for state-of-the-art microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, STM32, ESP32). Real-Time Systems: Implementation of sophisticated real-time applications using RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS). Connectivity & Protocols: Implement and optimize communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, CAN, I2C, SPI) and integrate wireless standards such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, LoRa, or Wi-Fi. Hardware-Near Coding: Develop drivers for peripheral devices and perform low-level debugging and error analysis directly on the hardware. Documentation: Create technical specifications, developer documentation, and comprehensive test concepts to ensure high-quality releases.
