The key output of the Procurement Governance department is human rights due diligence and risk management within the supply chain. In this internship you'll be integrated into the organization and will support the Procurement Governance Head and other procurement professionals in their daily work. Therefore you'll be trained on Operational and Procurement matters specific to ESG supplier risk management and due diligence.
The Procurement Governance department is looking for an Intern, who can start in February/March 2025 for six months.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
In this internship you'll perform research on ESG, company sustainability, regulatory changes, and industry standards. You'll also analyze findings and provide summary of research to support decision-making processes.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
You'll support with communicating information to stakeholders. This could involve preparing training materials, organizing workshops or training sessions, and helping to ensure that employees understand and adhere to governance policies.
COMPLIANCE AND RECORD-KEEPING
You'll maintaining records, preparing compliance reports, and assisting with governance topics.
POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANAGEMENT
You'll assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure they are up-to-date
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently enrolled in or completed a university programfinance, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Experience or qualification in sustainability, human rights, human resources or law.
- Ability to approach problems methodically, think critically, and develop innovative solutions is highly valued.
- Adept at conducting research i.e. gathering relevant information from various sources, staying updated on industry developments, and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Precision and attention to detail are essential, meticulously reviews documents and processes.
- Keeps thorough and accurate records of activities for reporting and audit purposes.
