ÜBER UNS
- Begleitung von Exportfinanzierungen von Anfang bis Ende: Vertragsabschluss, Refinanzierung bei der Österreichischen Kontrollbank (OeKB), Auszahlung, lfd. Quartalsabschlüsse bis hin zur finalen Rückzahlung
- Abstimmung sämtlicher Finanzierungsdetails mit Kundenbetreuer:innen und Gestion sowie auch mit der OeKB und den zuständigen Konsortialpartnern
- Monitoring und Optimierung des Portfolios von Exportfinanzierungen
- Allgemeine, transaktionsunabhängige Aufgaben wie z.B.: Mitarbeit bei Reportings des Produktfeldes oder die Koordination allgemeiner Themen mit OeKB

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Eigenständige Beschaffung, Koordination und Abwicklung von Warentransporten im Export, Import sowie Inland im Bereich Landverkehr sowie Short Sea (GB, TR)
- Vergabe der wöchentlichen Transportmengen in allen Transportbereichen Land- und Schienenfracht
- Terminkoordination und –überwachung bei zeitkritischen Sendung und Einführung in die logistischen Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen (zB Produktionsplanung und Verkaufsinnendienst)
- Vertretungen für Urlaube und Krankenstände in der Abteilung (Land-, See- & Luftfracht, Chemikalien) – tägliche nachmittags Vertretung der Teilzeitkräfte
