- aktives Mitwirken bei der Analyse und Definition von Datenquellen
- organisatorisches Unterstützen bei der Abstimmung von Ergebnissen mit internen Abteilungen

Deine Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachhochschule, etc.) aus dem Bereich Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Content Management Systemen
- Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren dieser Technologien: C#, AL (Microsoft Business Central), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, PowerShell
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfreude
- Interesse an langfristiger Weiterentwicklung in modernen ERP- und Cloud-Technologien (z. Business Central, Power Plattform)
- Know-how mit Datenbanksystemen (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Deine Rolle im Team:
- Implementierung der globalen After Sales Strategie: Unterstützung der zugeteilten globalen Service-Niederlassungen und Agents bei Strategie, Marktentwicklung und Vertrieb des After Sales Produktportfolios
- Vertriebsplanung und -steuerung der Service Consultants in den zugeordneten Niederlassungen
- Rollout und Weiterentwicklung des Customer-Relationship-Management Tools
- Produktmanagement-Tasks: Erstellung von Stärken-/Schwächenanalysen, Erkennen von Marktchancen/-risiken sowie Maßnahmenableitung gemeinsam mit den After Sales Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung, dem Reporting und Eskalationen der Service-Niederlassungen und Vertretungen
- Planung und Leitung von Strategie-Workshops (vor Ort und/oder virtuell) sowie Mitwirkung bei globalen, regionalen und lokalen Meetings und Trainings
- Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Tools mittels Business Intelligence Berichten
- Management/Verhandlung von globalen Rahmenverträgen bzw. Service-Vereinbarungen von globalen Key Accounts
