Deine Aufgaben umfassen
- BI-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst Business Intelligence-Anwendungen unter Verwendung von Qlik und optimierst bestehende Anwendungen, um unsere Datenanalyse und -visualisierung zu verbessern.
- User Support: Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit internen Usern und versorgst sie proaktiv mit Lösungsvorschlägen, um ihre täglichen Herausforderungen effektiv zu bewältigen.
- Projektmitarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Softwareentwicklung zusammen und bringst dein Fachwissen in aktuelle IT-Projekte ein.
- Systembetreuung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung des Qlik Servers, optimierst die Importvorgänge und stellst die Systemperformance sicher.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years’ work experience in Sustainability and/or in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Systems, ideally SAP ERP-S4, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or any other BI solutions
- University degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT or similar
- Up-to-date on sustainability regulations and developments/innovations
- Data-driven, data-enabling and solution-oriented person with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical concepts/data models and document processes
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a large organisation, align goals and drive overall success independent of organisational boundaries
- Professional communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment on different projects in parallel
- Passionate about sustainability, environmental protection and social initiatives and feel motivated in your work as a result
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Erstellen von Spezifikationen und Designs für neue Systemlösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie treiben sowohl die Weiterentwicklung, Kommunikation als auch Trainings hinsichtlich des konzernweiten Cyber Security Incident Response Prozesses voran
- Sie überwachen und analysieren Cyber Security relevante Alarme aus unterschiedlichen Quellen (z.B. SIEM / XDR / Ticketing System)
- Sie bearbeiten Cyber Security Incidents, übernehmen Schritt für Schritt die Durchführung von Detailanalysen sowie die eigenständige Koordination und initiieren je nach Bedarf die Umsetzung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen
- Sie entwickeln den Themenbereich Cyber Intel im Sinne von Sammlung, Analyse und Verteilung im Konzern weiter. Basierend auf diesen Threat Intelligence Informationen und dem Wissen über die voestalpine Infrastruktur betreiben Sie aktives Threat Hunting und gehen in die Koordination mit den betroffenen Geschäftseinheiten
- Ein weiterer Teil Ihrer Aufgaben umfasst die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von SOC-spezifischen Tools und Skripten. Diese tragen zur Automatisierung bei und ermöglichen uns auf die sich ändernde Bedrohungslage effizient zu reagieren
- Die Unterstützung des konzernalen IT Security Teams bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von konzernweit eingesetzten Security Lösungen rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab
